Hitsuji voice sample.

Updated yesterday on Black Butterfly's web page, "Sleepy-Time Sheep" now has a voice sample for "Yasuomi" is voiced by Ryotaro Okiayu, Whispers about how he wants you to stick to your promise about going out tomorrow. He also proceeds to tell you how cute you are and gives you little kisses before finally settling down to sleep.

and this is all in the voice sample!

The "Sleepy-Time Sheep" series claims it is a sequel to the Honeybee's "Good Night Sheep" Series. The original series which included many popular voice actors counting sheep, has expanded to over 40 different voice actors. The "Sleepy-Time Sheep" CD crosses the "Sleepy-Time Boyfriend" boyfriend format (and 3D microphone) with the theme of the "Good Night Sheep" The main difference being that that "Good Night Sheep" was the voice actors counting then every 10 numbers saying a line.

The sample for "Yasuomi" can be heard here: http://www.honeybee-cd.com/s_hitsuji/sh1.html
Click the hexagon on the bottom left corner to hear it.

Good night little sheep!

I need a Heero... AKA Hikaru Midorikawa's "Sleepy-Time Boyfriend" available.

Hello again sleepy children!  Some updates from the Sleepy-Time Boyfriend series are coming your way!

Meet Satoru. The newest edition to the Soine Kareshi series. Satoru is voiced by well known voice actor, Hikaru Midorikawa. I could ramble on about other voices he's done but most people know him as the voice of "Heero Yuy" from "New Mobile Report Gundam W" Or just "Gundam Wing"

Satoru is a 28 year old lawyer. He has some amazing lines such as "No matter where I'd search, there's only one you... no one could replace you because I love you." and "I don't want anything to happen to you because you're out at night. You might catch a cold...so don't say you're going home...''

....

Ready to buy the voice packs? ... Well too bad.... T_T. The staff at VisualWorks have released an apology on twitter that the pack isn't working for some people.. They claim it is an issue at Apple and hope it should be resolved soon.

Satoru's update now catches the Sleepy-Time Boyfriend app up with the CD releases. So what is next?  The release of the "Masaya" CD and update have been announced. Masaya, voiced my Toshiyuki Morikawa, is scheduled to be released on the 25th of this month. A sample of his voice has been posted.  http://www.blackbutterfly-cd.com/short/short13.html

Honeybee and Black Butterfly (The two companies behind the Sleepy-Time Boyfriend series. Including the Starry Sky Sleepy-Time Boyfriend) will have a joint event on May 19th. A gallery and a small "stage event" have been planned with little details.

Finally, A new Sleepy-Time series has been announced. Called "Sleepy-Time Sheep" (soine hitsuji). The new series is an expansion of a series created by Honeybee. Their version called "Good Night Sheep" (hitsuji de oyasumi) The series involves various voice actors counting sheep. Some even counting as high as 400. The series took off when honeybee collaborated with the makers of Hetalia and released "Good Night Hetalia Sheep" (Hetalia hitsuji de oyasumi). A second season was created and finally a spin off from Black Butterfly. (The creators of Sleepy-Time CD)  Not much information about the side series has been released other than there are four planned volumes. The first has been identified as "恭臣" Like many of the other Soine boys, the kanji is made up (or a very obscure reading) I will refer to him as "Yoshitaka" which I believe the reading to be, until further notice.

Yoshitaka" will be voiced by Ryoutarou (Ryōtarō) Okiayu. Okiayu is known for playing the voice of "Treize Khushrenada" in Gundam Wing as well as "Byakuya Kuchiki" From "Bleach" and "Hideyoshi Toyotomi" from "Sengoku BASARA II"  The CD is due to be released on June, 29th. There are currently no plans to make it an app.

That's all for this edition! Don't forget that the app is free to download with sample voices but the voice packs must be purchased in app. For those looking to purchase the CDs, they can be bought through Amazon Japan, and HMV Japan (both will ship overseas)  and with that, Sweet Dreams!

Sengoku BASARA Card Heroes

Sorry for the delay. The biggest problem about being a gamer that blogs about games it that you have to choose between posting about news and playing games. ^_^; Anyways..

The sister title in the BASARA game announcement is "Sengoku BASARA Card Heroes"

Unlike "Browser Sengoku BASARA" No details have been released about the game. The only information at this point in time is that the game is being developed by Mobage and that it will be available for mobile OS. (No info on if it will be android or iOS)

\

Both "Browser Sengoku BASARA" and "Sengoku BASARA Card Heroes" are centered around cards (thus the name) but unlike BSB, SBCH's battle is completely focus on having a deck of cards and using them to fight other characters. The more you use your cards the higher their stats go.

Capcom's Sengoku BASARA portal site lists the game's genre as "Sengoku Card Battle RPG" and the release date as "Yet to be determined"
